Hi, I'm Victoria

Over the past decade of coaching, I fell in love with the science behind pregnancy and birth and was fascinated by all the rapid changes a woman's body goes through. I fell even more in love with coaching pregnant and postpartum women through those changes and watching them blossom into fabulous moms while still keeping those innate qualities that made them uniquely them - totally badass.

Since then, I've used simple tools and a targeted coaching approach to help women go from feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about their bodies and fitness during pregnancy and after birth, to embracing a fitness journey that transforms their fears into confidence and strength, redefines the relationship with their body, and builds resilience for the challenges of motherhood.

What's the workshop about?

Mindset

Create a calm, positive mindset in the midst of the organized chaos that is pregnancy and parenting and learn the techniques we use to turn negative self-talk and worry into self-love and success.

Mobility

Build a flexible training and nutrition program that is suitable for the body YOU want (not the body Instagram thinks you should have) on a schedule that fits your busy mom lifestyle - no need to spend endless hours in the gym.

Motivation

Build confidence in your movements and in your body whether you’re working on your first baby or you have a bunch of kids with one on one coaching and access a community of like-minded, strong women that have been where you are, share your fears and can motivate you on the days that are overwhelming.
