I’m Victoria Karim– certified personal trainer, wife, dog mom, world traveler and foodie specializing in pre and postnatal fitness.
It’s my dream to help pregnant and postpartum women on their fitness journey and find joy in their bodies and their lives. I think pre and postnatal women are under-appreciated and underserved in the fitness world. It takes a lot of strength to grow a tiny human and even more to raise one so you deserve a fitness program that reflects all that strength and fits into your busy lives. I want my baby mamas to go from feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about their bodies and fitness during pregnancy and after birth, to embracing an empowering fitness adventure that builds their strength and confidence, redefines the relationship with their body, and builds resilience for the challenges of motherhood.

I met Victoria when I was a few months pregnant with my first son. Her expertise in programming exercises specifically for my pregnancy made me feel comfortable and I was able to maintain great health and muscle tone and I even got to train on my due date! (My son showed up a bit late). She was able to adapt my program depending on how I was feeling and what my body needed.
